Updates

Least exciting, I have changed the build process.
The project now builds with Maven.
(No, I still have not looked at Scala build tool.)
Also, updated to bleeding edge versions of most things.

Even more changes to Sound Control.

A functional improvement to how Foot Controller is handled and a better tooltip.
(I am still investigating here.)
Current status
This is now considered a release version.
