Updates

Three bugs fixed.

1. Three sound control values were mixed up (Volume, Bank MSB, Bank LSB).
2. On-screen sound control values were not tracking dump contents too well.
3. The sound control program change transmit channel was sometimes not tracking the state of program change being enabled.

Current status

This is now considered a release version.
