1. Edit Paste and Swap Pad handle changing Kit to Various

Fixes, etc

1. Centre popup messages on parent form, rather than primary screen
2. Various improvements in the existing hi-hat and linkTo paste/swap pad handling
3. Track kit/pad "Edited" status better

What's next?

Tooltips are next on my to do list. I am considering an Edit/Undo-Redo feature but it is not going to arrive soon...
