Visible changes
- Pad colour was wrong - pad 24 was pedal pad coloured
- Pad flag 7 tracks whether it is set as a Hi-hat on the kit
- Kit and pad details should update properly on swap...
- Global tab has had some cosmetic changes
Non-visible changes
- Refactor pastePad for better readability
- Make sure everything gets told about pad and kit swaps
Kit and pad swaps have some work outstanding on tracking whether the
the "Various" versus "Kit" settings for things like Curve need changing.
This will also include tracking whether a pad was a hi-hat pad and
doing something useful (hence the fix in this version).
